Notifications aren't working in the background
Please ensure that you have granted Notification permissions to Pulse. You can check this by going to your iPhone's Settings > Pulse > Notifications and ensuring "Allow Notifications" is turned on. Also, make sure your phone is not in "Do Not Disturb" mode unless you have allowed Pulse to bypass it.
How do I restore my Pulse Pro purchase?
Go to the Pulse Pro upgrade screen by tapping the "PRO" badge or any locked feature. Tap the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom of the screen.
Why isn't the Haptic Feedback working?
Haptic feedback requires Pulse Pro. Additionally, make sure you have "System Haptics" enabled in your iPhone's Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
